Using the site
By using the Tiffin Row site, you agree to these terms. Please use the site and our services lawfully, and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.
Orders and cut-off
Place orders by 11am Seattle time for same-day delivery between 12–6pm. Orders placed after 11am are delivered the next business day, subject to availability.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include delivery within Seattle. Applicable taxes are added where required. Any payment terms and available methods are shown before an order is placed.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel or change an order before 11am on its delivery day for a full refund. After 11am, the meal is already cooking and we can't offer a cancellation or full refund.
Delivery
You don't need to be home for delivery. We'll leave the tiffin at your door. Once an order has been delivered, Tiffin Row is not responsible for it.
Tiffins
Tiffins remain the property of Tiffin Row. Please leave yours out for pickup at your next delivery or within 7 days. A $15 replacement fee applies if a tiffin has not been returned within 14 days.
Allergens
Our kitchen uses dairy, nuts, gluten, mustard, and sesame. We take care when preparing each dish, but we can't guarantee that any dish is allergen-free. Please contact us with questions before ordering.
Meal plans
The 5-meal plan is $64 and billed per week. You can cancel any time before the next week's Friday 5pm cut-off to stop the following week's plan.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Tiffin Row is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal proceeding relating to these terms will be brought in King County, Washington.
